Before You Begin
Before installing Microsoft Office 2019, make sure you have:
Your Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 product key
A stable internet connection
Administrator access to your Windows PC
Approximately 4 GB of free disk space
Important: Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2019 is a one-time purchase and is intended for Windows PCs only.
STEP 1 : Installation
Begin by downloading the Office installation ZIP file from the button link below and save it to your Downloads folder.
Note: You may see a warning indicating that the file could be dangerous. If this occurs, click the arrow next to the warning message and select Keep. This warning appears because the file is being downloaded via a direct link and does not indicate any issue with the file itself. It is safe to proceed with the download.
Step 2: Extract the ZIP File
Right-click the downloaded ZIP file and select Extract All. Leave the default destination unchanged and click
Step 3: Run the MS_Office_ProPlus2019 Installer bat file.
Run the Installer Open the extracted folder and locate MS_Office_ProPlus2019 Installer. Right-click the file and select Run as administrator
Step 4: Office Installation
The installer will automatically download and install Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021. Please wait while the installation completes
STEP 5: Installation Complete!
Once you see the message "You're all set!" the installation is complete. Click "Close".
Step 6: Open an Office Application
Open any Microsoft Office application, such as Word, using the Windows search bar.
Step 7: Enter Your Product Key
When Word opens, an activation window should appear prompting you to enter a product key.
Enter the product key that was provided to you via email, then click Next to continue.
If the activation window does not appear:
Click Account in the bottom-left corner of the application window.
Select Activate Product (or Activate) to open the activation window manually.
Enter your product key and click Next.
Step 8: Verify the Activation Status
To confirm that Microsoft Office has been successfully activated:
Open Word, Excel, or any other Office application.
Click Account in the bottom-left corner of the application window.
Check the activation status.
You should see the message:
Product Activated
If this message is displayed, your Office installation has been successfully activated and is ready to use.
If the installation stalls or the completion screen doesn't appear, ensure you have a stable internet connection. Then, restart your PC and try again. You can also check if the apps are installed by using the Windows search function - located at the bottom center in Windows 11 and on the left in Windows 10.
