Why does this name appear?
If you purchased a software license or digital product from us—or through one of our affiliated brands—you may see EM Digital Group on your bank or card statement.
This is normal. EM Digital Group AS is the company responsible for processing payments and managing transactions for our websites and affiliated brands.
Therefore, the charge may appear under the name EM Digital Group, even if you placed your order on a different website operated by one of our brands.
What if I don’t recognize the charge?
If you do not recognize the transaction:
Check whether a family member, friend, or colleague used your card to make a purchase.
Search your email inbox, spam, and junk folders for an order confirmation from EM Digital Group or one of our affiliated brands.
Contact our support team so we can help identify the purchase. Please provide the transaction date, amount, and the last four digits of the card used.
If you still believe the transaction is unauthorized, contact your bank or card provider immediately for assistance.
