Important: Microsoft Customer Support cannot assist with product keys that were not purchased directly from Microsoft.
Step 1: Uninstall Previous Versions of Microsoft Project
If you have an older version of Microsoft Project installed on your PC, it is recommended to uninstall it before proceeding with the new installation.
Refer to your system's instructions on how to uninstall programs.
Step 2: Activate and Download Microsoft Project
Go to setup.office.com to begin the activation process.
Sign in using your Microsoft account. If you don’t have one, you can create it during this step.
Enter your product key when prompted.
Follow the on-screen instructions to add your license and download the installer.
Step 3: Install Microsoft Project
After the download finishes, open the installation file.
Follow the installation wizard’s prompts to complete the setup.
Once installation is complete, Microsoft Project is ready to use.
